What will you get to work on
As the Tech Lead - Backend at Osfin.ai, you will:
- Work with the founders in co-creating the product
- Develop a platform that scales globally
- Define the DNA of the engineering team at Osfin.ai
What do we expect from you
- Hustle! Were young, lean, and in our early days
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class product
- Proficiency in Trino, Java/J2EE (Hibernate, Spring, MVC), MySQL rest services implementation
- Experience in designing and implementing efficient algorithms to help in scaling
- 5+ years in Backend development
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure or OCI and deploying applications in a cloud environment
- Experience in developing web applications at a startup is a plus!
- Lead and mentor a team of Backend developers, fostering collaboration and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Work From Office: Bangalore
