Job Description / Responsibilities

As a Logistics Executive (Import) at Beekeyen Freight Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance for imports and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and importers. Key responsibilities include:

• Customs Documentation & Coordination:
  Handle and verify import checklist documents for sea and air shipments, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations. Coordinate with importers to resolve any documentation issues or discrepancies on a day-to-day basis.
• Daily Operations & Reporting:
  Prepare and manage daily reports on customs clearance activities, including duty payments, status of shipments, and clearance progress.
• MIS Reporting:
  Compile and prepare Monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports to track and report on import activities, clearance timelines, and related performance metrics.
• Independent Correspondence:
  Handle communication with clients, stakeholders, and other departments related to import and customs clearance independently and professionally.
• Import Compliance:
  Ensure all imports comply with applicable local and international trade laws and customs regulations.

Required Skill Set

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling customs documentation and coordination as a Custom House Agent (CHA) or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficient in MS-Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP. Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for presentation purposes.
• Communication Skills:
  Must be capable of handling correspondence independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A graduate with experience in handling imports customs clearance and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum
• Benefits: As per company policy

Experience Required

• 2-3 years in a relevant field, specifically in customs clearance and logistics.

• Gurugram, Haryana
