Urgent Requirement For "Senior Executive-Accounts"

1Role & responsibilities

1. Should be responsible for Purchase Billing

2. Need to do the Payment Plan after coordinating with Operations Team.

3. Will be responsible for booking of Purchase and Jounal Expense in Software.

4. Will be respinsible for Accounts Payable

5. Should be responsible for Bank Reconcilations.

6. Responsible for Ledger Scrutiny and Update.

7. Should be responsible for GST RECO (2A& 2B)

8. Able to complete TDS RECON FOR RETURNS.

9. should be able to complete GST- Reconcilliation

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have experience in accounts for 2 to 5 years

2. Freight Forawrding company's accounting Experience will be an added advantage.

3. Should have knowledge of TDS and GST.

4. Should have knowledge of Purchase Billing.

5. Should have knowledge of Excel and Word.

6. Should have Basic Writing knowledge in English.
