Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value-added services
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, and product development, to coordinate and deliver on client expectations and requirements
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, measure satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement
Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that client feedback and needs are properly communicated and addressed
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client success and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our products and services
Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through product implementations, feature updates, and usage best practices
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients
