DY. Manager - Production - DPI ( Dry Powder Injectable )

Role & responsibilities

• To completely overlook process line activities from dispensing till complete handover for Visual inspection, for Dry powder injection dosage forms.
• Candidate is required to have strong hold on managing production team and to execute the production batches as per plan.
• Applicant must have strong regulatory exposure & track record of having worked in regulated plants
• Good knowhow on QMS
• Good knowhow for clean room behavior and aseptic behavior.
• Good knowhow on aseptic technique and about sterility assurance.
• Must have good level of experience of Media Fill execution.
• Candidate is required to train the sterile operations team on defined frequency.
• Good exposure and experience in handling various sophisticated equipment in manufacturing line is mandatory. Handling of Truking line will be adding value in profile.
• Know how trouble shoot for online interventions and process issues
• Candidate should ensure timely execution of calibration, validation, PM of all involved equipments and qualifications within defined timeline.
• Candidate should not have any kind of skin disease.
• Candidate is required to ensure online documentation and timely escalations for observations.
• Review of SOPs, BMR/BPCR,

Education - B.Pharma / M.Pharma / BE-B.Tech / MSC / BSC
