Role & responsibilities
- Should have knowledge of IS Codes & Mode of Measurement as per IS Codes / CPWD/ FIDIC / MORTH/ ASTM etc.
- Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates/Cost Budgeting.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis, Extra items, Deviation statements, Substituted items, Escalations, Claims, EOT, Delay analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing.
- Responsible for the study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Quantity Calculation, Cost Estimation / Rate Analysis from BOQ.
- Cross Billing analysis, Covered area, item rate and the making of monthly RA Bills accordingly.
- Material Reconciliation to check the theoretical consumption of material.
- Preparation of Project Measurement System (PMS).
- Preparing Deviation Statements/Project Cash flows.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis, Extra items, Deviation statements, Substituted items, Escalations, Claims, EOT, Delay analysis, Bill Estimation, Costin

Very good start from August 2014 in Bihar police Bhawan , Patna as a billing Manager of 335 crore project and suscefully completed from RA.1 to 69, support of all seniors and Junior's colleagues . All the staff are very positive and helpful & company policies are not good but even that our project are profitable for the company.
Nothing, but some problems are created every company ,it may be adjustable but in my case not supported by the Senior officer.
