Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PRT to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various science subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic growth of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction and Curriculum Development:
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons
• Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to address behavioral issues and promote student engagement.
• Student Support:
• Provide individual and group support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career matters.
• Collaboration:
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
• Prepare and submit reports on student performance and academic progress as required.
• Parent and Community Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Engage with the community to promote science education and support school initiatives.
