Job Description
- Understand client requirements and project specifications to ensure accurate coding practices.
- Assist in processing claims and contribute to achieving targeted collections on a daily and monthly basis.
- Analyze rejected or denied claims, identify reasons for rejections or denials, and reprocess claims for payment.
- Support the team in meeting productivity targets set by clients within the stipulated timeframes.
- Ensure that all deliverables to clients adhere to established quality standards.
- Follow up on pending claims to facilitate timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain status reports and practice management reports using billing software.
Skill Sets:
- Fresh graduates, diploma holders, or individuals pursuing graduation through correspondence are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in domestic or international call centers or knowledge of medical/hospital billing will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work during US shift hours.
- Basic keyboard skills are required.
- Solid understanding of Medical Billing and the US Healthcare domain is essential.
