Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
To search prospective customers (National & International) in online platforms where our Organization is placed as Industry leader and communicate with them
Generate new business leads through various channels, including mails, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Develop detailed proposals outlining the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve organization goals.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide feedback from clients to enhance product/service offerings.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
To follow up with Regular Customers for new ordersTo float enquiries with Clearing & Handling Agents, negotiate rates for export consignments and execute the dispatches Executing other related activities Role & responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and email writing.
