Connectors Onbaording - Retail Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for All Connector Onboarding application timely attended and reverted within TAT, All connector related MIS, Daily Dashboard & Daily Reports preparation and share with all the stakeholders.
• Coordinating with BH/RSMs/ASMs/Vendors for data collection/ query resolution as and when required.
• Data analysis as and when required by unit on different KPIs, ability to objectively analyze data.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations as desired by the management.
• Validating the connector business data as per data validation policy/ process.
• Preparing monthly & quarterly sales incentives of connectors.
• Preparing performance data for monthly/quarterly and yearly review of Connectors.
• Ensure adherence to all processes laid by both BGSS / Bank internal policies, compliance & policies.
• Managing the monthly connector incentive and timely payment of the same for entire connectors.
