Role & responsibilities

• He shall be responsible for managing the respective operators under his territory; monitoring operators' attendance, updating the operators on regular updates from UIDAI and BGSSL
• He shall be executing all the operations as per the latest guidelines of UIDAI such as activities with respect to Site readiness, Onboarding, Managing centre operations, GPC Location, Backup, Sync and Export, End-of-day review / correction, performance monitoring etc.
• He shall be responsible for improving the performance of the territory, increasing the enrolment operations, improving the TAT at the centre, conducting audits at AECs, reducing the penalties imposed by UIDAI for the respective centres.
• He shall be responsible for following the company's policies and rules in conducting his day-to-day business. He shall be responsible for following the company policies and rules in conducting his day-to-day business
• The Team Lead will carry out the inspection report of centres (monthly) randomly and submit its report to the Bank. Ensure resolution of customers grievances and investigate the complaints, if any, received from residents/UIDAI. Submission of the investigation report in respect of any customer complaints or engaging in malpractice.
• He would also be responsible for maintenance of the Aadhaar Enrolment kits and check the same from time to time by monitoring the AECs remotely.
• Updation of master files in ECMP client on a regular basis including pin code update and ensure that the same is updated with the operators at regular intervals.
• Help the operators to conduct camps at different organisations/institutions / schools to promote mandatory demographic updations and biometric updations in Aadhaar.
• Records must be maintained including the fee collected against Aadhaar Update and list, if Fresh enrolment, to reconcile the same at the time of receiving the payment from the Authority
• He shall be working on both UIDAI and BGSSL applications for his daily operations.
