Step into the role of Operations Analyst - Case Management, where youll provide first-class support by analysing and investigating financial transactions, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding our clients and organisation with expertise and care.
Key requirements for the role:
A detailed understanding of the end to end lending process and its component functions e. g. Client, Relationship point, Credit, Post sanction fulfilment .
Comprehensive knowledge of Operational & Rigour procedures, tools & practices.
Proven ability to apply detailed & comprehensive technical understanding in a coherent & logical manner.
previous experience in Corporate Case Management/Fulfilment related roles with proven knowledge on Siebel, IBM BPM, Customer System (Full serve) and ZEUS.
Strong Lending Experience backed with demonstrated understanding of key operations levers around Risk, BCM, Change etc.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role can be based in Noida.
Purpose of the role
To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
