Lead - Total Workplace Strategy | Strategic Consulting
Job Description Summary
This role will be responsible for building the practice of workplace strategy from the real estate consulting point of view. Experience in change management, portfolio strategy transaction advisory will be a key requisite for a success in this role.
About the role:
Lead total workplace portfolio strategic consulting service line for clients
Observing trends in the real estate market, such as shifts in demand for office space, commercial real estate pricing, and emerging geographic hotspots.
Staying on top of regulatory changes that could affect real estate planning, such as zoning laws, building codes, or tax incentives that influence leasing and acquisitions. Cross functional collaboration is a must for this job role.
Aligning financial resources and real estate assets to support the clients overarching business objectives. This involves running financial analysis on the costs and benefits of acquiring, leasing, or selling properties.
Ensuring that the real estate strategy supports broader business objectives whether those are cost-saving, brand positioning, employee well-being, or productivity improvements. How the physical space can contribute to employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance.
Understanding how much space is needed for different functions, and ensuring flexibility to adapt to future needs. This includes defining spaces for individual work, collaboration, innovation, and social interaction. Adapting the real estate strategy (space planning, downsizing, relocating) in response to changes in staffing levels.
About you:
An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10 years of experience at a senior level in this role
