Assistant Vice President | Strategic Consulting | Mumbai Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral. About the Role:
- Strong network with corporates, real estate developer community in West India as well as Pan India
- Must possess strong research, quantitative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated working experience in two or more of the following streams: strategic advisory, market studies/benchmarking, business strategy &; planning, project conceptualization & development mix assessment, market entry, growth strategies, performance enhancement, DPR/ feasibility assessment, highest and best use studies, bid price assessment, etc.
- Working knowledge of real estate financial modelling for valuations (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement preparation/analysis for development consulting
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting & valuations
- Demonstrated ability of having presented reports/concepts to client and senior management.
- Demonstrated experience of managing a team of inter-disciplinary individuals
- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities.
