Process Overview

Global Information Security (GIS) - Cyber Security Technology, AMCD Engineering team is a horizontal team that is responsible for supporting the devops services, completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations. Individual will be part of the GIS - IAS team and will work as a Risk Specialist on various risk and governance deliverables coming through RISE tool or any other ad hoc governance deliverables as requested by CIO team. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests, vendors, development teams, and technology managers to ensure timely completion of compliance activities. Job expectations include partnering with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security teams to complete compliance deliverables effectively and efficiently.

effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Completes administrative and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables (e.g., access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements) on time and per requirements for the application supported
• Tracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams (e.g., remediation of non-permitted technology or security vulnerabilities, technical recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises)
• Works with technology infrastructure teams to incorporate infrastructure requirements, including requests for additional storage
• Assists with audit exams and risk assessments for applications
• Works closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure they meet bank requirements
• Maintains data about the application in AppHQ and other systems of record
• Assists with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applications

Requirements

Education

B.E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A

Certifications If Any :CISA

Experience Range : 6+ years

Foundational skills

Exposure to risk framework and risk management methodologies

4-5 years relevant exposure in managing risk governance routines in a technology organization

Experience in creating and supporting audit and compliance deliverables

Experienced in MS Excel (pivot tables), MS Word, of MS PowerPoint

Knowledge of information security domains

Excellent in both written and oral communication

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with various bank tools such as ARM, RISE, Continuous Monitoring, Trident, OSMP, etc.

Proactive, solution-oriented, problem solving, continuous learning/improvement mindset

Desired skills

CISA certified

Experience in processes such as business continuity, firewall rules, service account vaulting, etc.
