The role is to create a positive bra shopping experience, build customer loyalty, and drive sales by effectively communicating the Bands & Cups value proposition and providing exceptional customer service. With at least 2 years of experience, candidate will leverage their expertise to engage customers, meet sales targets, and enhance the brands reputation.
Responsibilities 1. Brand Representation: Embody Bands & Cups brand image, values and messaging in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and the public. 2. Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the store's products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to effectively inform and persuade customers. 4. Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in product selection, offer recommendations, and upsell additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service (in-store, by phone or email) by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. 6.
