Job Overview:

The Intern will play a crucial role in supporting both the Business Analytics and Branding teams in driving the company's growth. The primary focus of this role is to assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, while also contributing to market studies, product requirement assessments, and effective marketing strategies. The intern will gain hands-on experience in gathering valuable business insights and applying them to branding efforts, enhancing the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis:

• Assist the Business Analytics team in collecting and organizing relevant data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Work on data-driven projects such as customer behavior analysis, product performance, and market trends.

2. Market Research & Study:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support the team in identifying new opportunities for market penetration and growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings from market studies and present them to both the analytics and branding teams.

3. Product Requirement Assessment:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager - Branding to gather customer feedback and assess product requirements.
• Participate in understanding the technical and commercial requirements of new products or product variations.
• Help the branding team align product features with customer expectations for effective marketing.

4. Support Branding Initiatives:

• Provide data-driven insights that assist the Assistant Manager - Branding in planning and executing branding campaigns.
• Assist in tracking the performance of various branding efforts, including social media, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Help with the creation and execution of marketing materials such as presentations, infographics, and product brochures.

5. Effective Marketing Strategy Development:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and effective marketing strategies for the companys products.
• Assist in identifying new digital marketing tools and channels to improve the company's online presence.
• Support the implementation of email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and SEO initiatives.

6. Product & Customer Data Analysis:

• Work with the analytics team to understand product performance data, customer purchase patterns, and market demands.
• Present key findings on how the company can position its products better to meet market requirements.

7. Reporting & Presentation:

• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for both the Business Analytics Manager and Assistant Manager - Branding.
• Summarize key insights from data analysis and market studies in a clear and concise manner.

8. Collaboration Across Departments:

• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to gather necessary data and insights.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Manager - Branding on branding campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with data insights.
• Support cross-functional projects that contribute to overall business growth.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field Role & responsibilities
