Job Description

  • Supervision and Team Management: Assist in managing administrative staff, including administrative assistants, clerks, and receptionists
  • Provide guidance, assign tasks, and ensure that team members are working efficiently and effectively
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department, which may include managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and functional workplace
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure that company policies and procedures related to administration, such as security, safety, and record-keeping, are followed and implemented effectively
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the administrative budget, including cost control, expense monitoring, and cost-effective procurement of supplies and services
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments, vendors, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations
  • Record-Keeping and Documentation: Oversee and maintain administrative records, documents, and files, ensuring they are organized and accessible when needed
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and manage administrative aspects of meetings, conferences, and events
  • This includes scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics
