Deputy Manager - Operations and Service

Responsible for performing audits of Operations Customer service processes as per audit calendar.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform concurrent testing within Operations basis checklist
Review data, sample cases (scanned/physical) for accuracy of information
Report exceptional cases on set frequencies
Publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards
Ensure closure of observations

1 - 3 years of relevant experience with CA/ MBA finance or equivalent
Knowledge of Operations processes and systems
Experience in excel data analysis and Power point
Positive attitude and team player
