Job Description
- The Debt Management Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, recovering overdue payments, and maintaining strong financial relationships with clients

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency - Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates
- Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets
- Rectify problems encountered during the collection process
- Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance
- Case to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelinesPortfolio ManagementDebt Collection StrategyTarget AchievementRegulatory ComplianceReporting and AnalysisRisk ManagementTeam LeadershipVendor ManagementCo-ordinating with internal and external clients
