Unit Manager - Tractor Finance

To work as a key member in project launch team, supporting the product lead in creating - product program, policy underwriting framework working closely with Risk/RCU/Collection and underwriting. Work on supporting system build requirements along with COE.
1. Product Program
Benchmarking along with relevant functions for components of product program vis :
o Product features
o Commercials
o Risk underwriting
o System workflow
o Collection
2. Initial Product set up
New product document creation
Product code creation
Profit cost center and GL code creation
3. Cross sell framework
Work with Life insurance team and other cross sell SPOC for cross sell product, pricing and proposition.
Product suite finalization
Customer communication frame

4. Business MIS Reports
Reporting module development
Reporting MIS framework Major Challenges
Policy/system design/cross sell selection/scheme designs Required Qualifications and Experience
