Branch Manager - Microfinance

Responsible for getting the critical parameters like business/ portfolio/ employee attrition to be delivered as required by management. Own team members of his / her branch on people metrics and drive all compliances as required for the branch.
Employee Attrition Portfolio quality and monitoring, manage portfolio as per defined targets. Compliance on all business parameters, zero audit findings for the branch.
