The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates and providing proper guidelines.
Milestone reviewing and tracking.Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.Travelling with the ROs.To do timely allocation of the cases of the team members.Should be Profecient in excel.
Daily tracking of the performance of the team members.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.Counsiling and grooming of his direct reportee to enhance and polish their skill sets.Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance.Legal Recovery for Urban NPLWheels (Vehicle Finance) Repo and Legal ManagementLitigation Case ManagementCompliance Risk MitigationReporting Documentation.
