Cluster Manager - Payments

End to End QR Mobilization and drive through BFL Channels
Constant engagement with BFL Channel teams at field & HO level to drive Bajaj Pay QR mobilization and ensure business numbers, deployment, and activation at Existing and new open merchants through Sales One app Merchant One App, One app.
Drive GMV through B2B, B2C, Collections businesses
Ensuring key metrics Fos activation, right onboarding, daily run rate
Create business specific Daily Sales Reports on different parameters and drive accordingly, ensures quality onboardings
Monitoring Business Daily /weekly/Monthly conducting reviews along with Business teams to monitor the performance and taking corrective actions if business is not in line with set goals
Monitoring the location, NSM, RSM, ASM, SM wise Penetration movement to have a full control over business
Provide support and training to business teams for process download and issue resolution
Enhancements and capabilities download to business teams.
Taking new initiatives to market, which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure success of initiatives.
Identifying bottlenecks and raising the red flag
Aligning meeting with respective stakeholders for solution on bottlenecks Major Challenges
Liaoning with various BFL business spocs and teams like National heads, Sales, Product,COE,Operations Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduation/MBA with 2-4 years of experience.
b) Work Experience
a. Hands-on experience in business team engagement and driven business initiatives and project management would be highly preferred
b. Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys and multiple use cases.
c. Comfortable with understanding systems and data analytics
d. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high presentation and data performance environment.
e. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong analytics skills.
f. Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills.
g. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
