Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance.
- Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships.
- Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals querys.
- Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff.
- Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.
Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
