Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship. Build distribution for Rural consumer Product Finance and distribution mapping for Rural consumer Product Finance.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
- Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
- Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.
- Manage the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers, and their concerns in an appropriate manner.

- Retention: As this is the level where we are interacting to our all FTE s on daily basis
- Working together and coordinating with entire team becomes a challenge at this role.
- Exhaustive traveling (which includes 20 days travelling in a month)

3 Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications:
- Graduation / Post graduation
- MBA (finance / sales) from a reputed Institute would be prefeed-
b) Work Experience / Skills :
- Graduation with 6 to 8 years and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
- People & Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
- Ability to travel 20 days in a month which is very much important
