Job Description

Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj finserv ltd.
Engage with B2C customers to build and strengthen relationship to generate Gold Loan & Business Loan business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL
-

Ensure timely collection
-

Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business

Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.

Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales
-

Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers.

Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.
- Competitive Assessment:

The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
