Role : Unit Manager.

Location: Pune (Bajaj FinServ) Head Office

Education-CA

Exp : CA Fresher- 1st& 2nd Attempt

Age : 26 Years max.

Gender : Male and Female

CTC : 11.5 LPA fix + 25%variables , on fixed CTC.

Interview- 3 rounds (2 Technical Rounds).

Working Days- (only 2nd &3rd Saturday Off).

Culture- Work from Office.

JD FOR M. ACCOUNTING

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific Accountabilities:

1 Flash Reporting:

a Preparing P&L for Flash reporting

b Preparation Flash report

c Analysis of P&Ls before presentation to MD

2 Monthly Closing:

a TB review Finalizing

b Providing inputs for monthly P&L (on line items/areas assigned)

c Preparing statements for Businesses (eg AR Walk)

3 Business Alignment & Review Meetings:

a Going through monthly P&L's of the Businesses assigned

b Attending review meetings of MD & preparing minutes thereof

4 AOP & Reforecast

a Readying AOP model & AOP tracker

b Updating model with the inputs received from businesses & functions

c Finalizing P&L line times assigned and providing inputs for AOP

d Attending review meetings and making necessary corrections in the model based on directions received

5 Opportunities of Savings & Process Correction:

a Analysing revenue line items for proper charging (revenue assurance) and booking.

b Identifying issues in expense booking & getting necessary corrections done

Other Accountabilities:

6 Monthly Deck: Review of Finance Deck & getting corrections done

7 Working in Automation Environment

8 Miscellaneous: Breaking P&L of business segments into sub-segments, based on requirement Breaking specific P&L line items from previous periods depending upon requirement

9 Other Ad-hoc works based on the requirement of reporting manager
