Job Purpose The Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that organizations adhere to legal standards and internal policies. In their work, they may examine practices and policies within the business, identify areas where they are out of compliance, and offer suggestions for how to make necessary modifications.
Duties and Responsibilities Compliance testing and product reviews
Compliance Function plays a central role in identifying the level of Compliance risk in the organization. The compliance function comprises of Regulatory correspondence team, Advisory team and Compliance Monitoring & Testing (CMT) team & Data Analytics Team. The incumbent will principally be accountable to provide for Data Analytics team team.
Lead team of 4 data analyst for preparing reports/dashboard by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Support Compliance & Testing team in regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborating with Compliance team to establish compliance procedures.
Identifying discrepancies in collected data and suggesting possible solutions.
Creating dashboard for exception report for ongoing monitoring.
Supporting compliance team for validating the RBI data before submission.
Preparing and presenting reports on compliance activities and issues.
Developing know-how and staying informed about regulatory developments within the industry.
