Duties and Responsibilities
Competitive Assessment:
Team Management:
The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD.
Plan location wise outdoor sales in rural location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.
Required Qualifications and Experience
"1. Graduate/Post graduate
2. Age less than 35 Years
3. A minimum of 4 years experience in D2C Sales & managing sales team of 25 resource.
4. High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter & must be willing to travel 15 days in a month.
5. Past experience in BFSI preferred, Pvt branch banking / NBFC deposit mobilisation experience will be an added advantage
6. Must have good communication skill (English and local language)"
