Duties and Responsibilities
Ð¥ To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in
Ð¥ Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment
Ð¥ Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
Ð¥ Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product.
Ð¥ Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ð¥ Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Ð¥ Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales
Ð¥ Good Selling skills
Ð¥ Good Interpersonal skills
