Cluster Head Sales (Direct Channel)

Role & responsibilities

Cluster Head JD-

Ensuring assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that made by RM'S

Conducting Morning huddle with team and responsible for day plan from RMS

Conducting Interview for RM Position and ensure full team and bench strength

Giving advice to our clients for LI & GI requirements and other Financial products

Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide solutions based on analysis

Keeping up-to date on the latest Financial Investment news, Market Research.

To ensure client service standards are met & delivered at all categories of the Client

To handle after sales service issues related to product and resolving them to strengthen client faith

Ensure cross selling & Up selling of Financial product with Existing customers Through RMS

Ensure relationship building with team members for increasing Direct sales

To meet sales target of life products+ Non Life + Mutual funds +Bonds and other Investment Products adherence of All training and compliance process

Day End review and LMS validation & Daily Monthly and weekly goal settings.

Joint field work with team members

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be form direct channel with team Handling experience

Should have complete financial product knowledge of LI, GI, Mutual Funds and Investment planning

Should have Target driven skills in assigned territory

Immediate joiners or with max 30 days notice period will be preferred.
