Job Description
- Handling Motor Theft claims Investigation.
- Facilitating for all Litigation matters under Superdari Vehicles.
- Personally visit on field along with investigator on High Value cases.
- Responsible for claims to be processed within turnaround time.
- Investigator management process training for investigators on timely basis.
- Discovering process and system gap and suggesting corrective measures thereby improving the business process and systems.
- Assigning guidelines for investigators on how to approach the cases, improve the investigation reports quality and to conclude the case appropriately.
- Identifying fraud cases and taking remedial actions.
- To work on different projects to improve for Motor Theft Recovery.
