Job Description
- Design of the overall architecture of the web application
- Implementation of a robust set of services(REST and SOAP) and APIs to power the web application
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of the front-end and back-end of the web application via REST/SOAP services
- Graduate or post graduate with minimum 5 years experience in web application development
- Hands on in development using JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as VueJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, jQuery etc.
- Experience in developing applications using JAVA, J2EE (JSP, Servlet), HTML5, SpringMVC, Spring Boot, Web Services (RESTFUL/SOAP)
- Good experience in creating, integrating and consuming REST and SOAP services in the UI layer
- Understanding of microservices, dockers, containers & cloud technologies
- Understanding of SDLC with experience in Agile software development methodology
- Understanding of UI/UX wireframes and visual elements
- Understanding of application servers and database like Oracle Weblogic 12c, Apache Tomcat, Oracle database 12c etc
- Good understanding of OWASP security principles
