TIBCO BW Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) Developer to design, develop, and implement TIBCO-based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TIBCO BW (5.x/6.x), EMS, Active Matrix, and other TIBCO middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO Business Works (BW) solutions for enterprise applications.
• Implement integration solutions using TIBCO EMS, REST/SOAP Web Services, and JMS messaging.
• Work with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, and Active Matrix for deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize TIBCO applications for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations and microservices.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x/6.x).
• Strong knowledge of TIBCO EMS, Active Matrix, TIBCO Hawk, and Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with JMS, SOAP, REST APIs, XML/XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL queries.
• Understanding of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO deployments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• TIBCO Certified Professional (TIBCO BW, EMS, or AMX).
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
