Job Description
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
- Expertise in designing and implementing workflows and approval processes.
- Proficiency in creating and managing business rules for automation.
- Experience in configuring service catalog items, including variables,variable sets and catalog scripts.
- Ability to develop and modify UI actions and policies for tailored user interactions.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining custom tables and fields.
- Hands-on experience in integrating third-party applications and APIs with ServiceNow.
- Skilled in creating and modifying client scripts for enhanced user experience.
- Familiarity with script includes for reusable backend logic.
- Competence in designing and managing data import/export processes using transform maps.
- Expertise in configuring role-based access controls and ensuring data security.
- Experience in portal customization, including widget development and theming.
- Strong ability to optimize workflows and processes to improve system performance.
- Knowledge of configuring notifications and email templates within ServiceNow.
- Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules and best practices.
- Experience in managing SLA configurations and process timelines.
- Understand the business requirment and architect the solutions in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving platform performance issues.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes.
