Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and a passion for creating scalable, high-performance applications. As a Backend Developer, you will work closely with our frontend developers, designers, and product managers to develop robust backend solutions that power our platform.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
Strong understanding of database systems, SQL, and MySQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
