Job Description :

- Lead backend technical development efforts independently.

- Collaborate with cross functional team of developers, devops, integration team and product managers

- Develop backend code that integrates with frontend interfaces.

- Develop, and test for cross-browser and cross-platform applications.

- Build customer-facing UI and back-end services for payment processing administration and
management

- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed

- Perform design, implementation, code reviews, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs

- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance

- Suggest continuous improvements in user interface, software architecture or new technologies

- Be the force that drives strategy and growth for the backend development team, the business, and the consumers.

- 2+ years of experience with Node.js

- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, Strong Loop, etc. depending on your technology stack

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

- Computer science fundamentals data structures, algorithms, Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns

- Experience in an Agile development environment

- Good understanding of the software development cycle

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
