Good company. Imagine it as a goverment job untill you make a big mistake. Great supporting management. Gives you free decision policy. Bit kanjus company on salary but it's a great workplace and peaceful minded if you want to settle down.
Hr policy is soo bad. It's like they try to take money from employee pocket only. They will show you a huge ammount as salary on your offer letter but belive me your take hand will be very low.
