Back Office Executive

Position: Junior Project Coordinator/ Back office Executive
Location: Vasai (with pickup/drop facilities from Vasai, Virar, and Nallasopara)
Experience: Fresher or 2 year of experience in operations/ coordinating experience, preferably over calls.

Education : Min H.Sc. / Also welcome who are appearing for Graduations

Salary: ₹2.31 LPA (₹15,000 gross salary + variable components)
Target Area: From Borivali to Virar only

Responsibilities:
• Tracking Projects: Monitor project timelines and deliverables. Ensure all activities are progressing as per schedule, and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinating with Vendors: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors. Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on vendor activities, and ensure that products and services are delivered on time as per project requirements.
• Maintaining Reports: Prepare and maintain detailed project reports. Document key activities, milestones, and any variances from the original plan. Update project stakeholders regularly.
• Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Coordinate project-related information over calls and other communication channels.
• Data Checking of Project: Ensure all project-related data is accurate and up-to-date. Verify that information aligns with project requirements and take corrective action when necessary.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of project coordination experience.
• HSC/ Graduation.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
