We are seeking meticulous and efficient Backend Executives to join our team. As a Backend Executive at NatureNurture, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
  
• Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
• Data Management:
  
• Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Compile and prepare data for reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Assist in data entry tasks and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Coordination:
  
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the logistics of curriculum material distribution, liaising with the logistics team as needed.
• Customer Service:
  
• Respond to queries from schools, partners, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Office Management:
  
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Documentation:
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.
• Ensure all documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
