Creative Writer

Content Writer Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting in-depth research on assigned topics in order to develop original content.

2. Identifying clients' needs and developing content for articles, essays, narratives, short stories, etc., as per their expectations.

3. Editing/polishing/redrafting the existing content to address gaps in the current content and remove inconsistencies.

4. Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

5. Interacting with Clients over Zoom sessions or via in-person meetings.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

1. We prefer graduates or postgraduates in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field, but candidates from other education specializations with a flair for writing in English are also welcome.

2. Ideal candidate should be well versed in writing creative stories/essays and must possess very strong creative expression and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)

3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

4. Excellent writing and editing skills.

5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

6. Effective communication skills.

7. A few writing samples of published work

Shortlisted candidates will be called to the Back Benchers office in Gurugram to complete a WRITING TASK and post that, they will then be interviewed the same day(only one round). Successful candidates will be offered a position on a first come first serve basis.
