Junior Engineering Trainee - Li-ion Battery

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Engineering Trainee to join

our Li-ion Battery Rework and Quality team. In this role, you will

support the Rework and Quality involved in the Repairing and Quality

Process of lithium-ion batteries. The ideal candidate will have a strong

work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in Battery assembly

environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in conducting quality checks at various stages of the Quality and repairing process to ensure that products meet the required standard.

2. Help perform inspections, data collection, and analysis on battery performance during Repairing and IQC Process to identify and resolve any issues.

3. Assist in the calibration of equipment used for testing and measurement, ensuring accurate results.

4. Document Repairing processes, procedures, and changes, maintaining up-to-date records of activities and performance.

5. Assist in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of repairing issues, providing solutions or recommendations for process improvements.

6. Ensure that all Repairing and service activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

7. Assist in generating reports for production performance,issues, and corrective actions.

Qualification

Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (recent graduates or those with limited work experience preferred)

Experience requirements:

At least 6 months are required in Li ion Batteries Segment.
