Job Description
- Work with the Audit engagement teams to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients
- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Partner/ Director in effective delivery of jobs
- Perform robust reviews of work performed and be responsible for carrying out performance reviews
- Build and manage teams to take up higher responsibilities and enhance competencies in areas such as executing work on Fund Audits, Cost plus entities, Clara etc
- Create specialization in the team by setting-up various Centre of Excellence (COE) within ADC (like Treasury, Employee Benefits, etc) and ensure smooth execution
- To lead the L&D agenda for ADC staff and regularly conduct trainings on technical to pics
- Involvement with Technology initiatives at ADC
