Role & responsibilities

Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and surveyors

Write site reports and other documentation

Compile and present reports on projects

Collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, and other professionals

Collaborate with management to align activities with business objectives

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Implement health and safety protocols

Manage loose cement, debris, and other hazards

Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Analyse plans, drawings, and specifications

Create construction layouts and technical drawings

Assess soil conditions, topography, and environmental factors

Oversee the selection and requisition of materials

• Negotiate vendor contracts

• Manage the site facilities

• Supervise construction workers

• Monitor construction progress

• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with specifications
