Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard multiple vendors/suppliers for mobile phones and accessories across India.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, credit terms, delivery timelines, and MoQs with suppliers.
• Develop a robust supplier network in key sourcing markets such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and others.
• Ensure consistent supply and availability of top mobile phone brands and compatible accessories (OEM & third-party).
• Conduct regular vendor visits, audits, and meetings to strengthen supplier relationships and assess vendor capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, new product launches, and pricing fluctuations to optimize procurement strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders sales, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and vendor SLAs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and timely delivery across all procurement activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sourcing or purchase, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or accessories.
• Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India (up to 5060% of the time).
• Excellent knowledge of mobile phone brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Real Me, OPPO, etc.) and accessories (chargers, earphones, covers, etc.).
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, pricing trends, and sourcing channels.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
