We are seeking a dedicated Facility Executive to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-functioning environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, manage facility-related services, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility maintenance.

- Schedule and supervise repair and maintenance work.

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.

- Ensure facility compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage facility budgets and negotiate service contracts.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.

- Implement sustainability and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 6+ months to 5 Years of experience in facilities management or similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.

- Fast typing speed and accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Enter and update data into company systems accurately and promptly.
