Job Description

Resources recruitment (Recruits, selects, hires) asper Project requirement.
Forecasting caller requirement for the upcomingproject
Train and evaluate callers and other supervisor.
A Team player and who has handled a min of 200 - 250 telecallers.
A person who has handled inbound/ outbound processes
Preferably handled a Survey based process
Well versed with the Dialler/ CRM Strategies.
Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actionsbased on collected data.
Maintain all documentation related Data Research team.
Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling, productivity,training, and quality.
Make sure that DRC team meet companys goals and providesufficient support to achieve wise productivity.
Address and resolve employee Dissatisfaction and staff Attrition.
Give suggestions in questionnaire to project team for betterresearch findings.
Able to create a healthy workplace environment and Workplace culture.
Flexible in working hours (Extensionof shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required)
Candidates should be adaptive to Disciplined work culture.
