We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Analyst to support our senior FP&A team members in driving the financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will prepare and deliver insightful KPI reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and partner with various business units to help optimize performance. This role is crucial to influencing data-driven decisions and ensuring the finance team provides robust support to all stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver KPI reports with strong financial analysis to challenge performance and drive growth and profitability.
Compile monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis, to inform leadership on business performance.
Assist in running the annual budgeting process and forecast updates.
Conduct deep dives into key business drivers and metrics, identifying cost control opportunities and guiding strategic decision-making.
Monitor organizational changes and initiatives that impact reporting, ensuring timely adjustments to reporting processes.
Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Trading teams to build rigorous data analysis and insights reporting, including monthly or quarterly performance reviews.
Develop and improve FP&A and Management Information (MI) processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Build and maintain various financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning.
Gather and interrogate data from multiple systems, perform reconciliations, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Provide ad hoc support and insights to the Finance Director, aiding in strategic projects and financial evaluations.

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in a Financial Analysis or FP&A role, preferably within a fast-paced or multinational environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or familiarity with database queries (SQL) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering effectively with multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
