What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Drive the development and maintenance of our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to design and integrate relevant modules, customizations, and configurations that optimize workflows and data management.
  • Implement and champion best practices in automated software testing, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and the use of tools like Selenium. Ensure all developments are thoroughly tested, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in Salesforce development, automated testing, and software quality assurance.
  • Build and lead the automated software testing chapter for insurance workbench suite and influencing.
  • Lead the development of APIs to facilitate data exchange and connectivity with external systems and partners.
  • Champion a product-led Agile approach to development, applying design thinking principles to create intuitive user experiences (UX) and customer experiences (CX) within the workbench application.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, and adapting to changing product requirements.You will be reporting to Release Train Engineer- Claims.

  • Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with a track record of delivering complex solutions in enterprise environments, preferably within the insurance domain.
  • Extensive experience with APEX, LWC , Flows and familiarity with cloud-based integration, design thinking, UX/CX.
  • Hands on experience in Implementing Integrations with various systems.
  • Salesforce devloper 1 certificate mandatory and developer 2 certificate preferable.
  • Prefereable experience in Omni Studio.
  • Significant leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively guide and collaborate with development squads, stakeholders, and business users.
  • A deep understanding of Agile principles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Outstanding ability to coach and mentor team members, helping them to develop expertise in automated testing and software quality assurance.
  • Leading a automation testing chapter.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
